The Fair Housing Act of 1968, also known as Title VIII of the Act, was enacted on April 11, 1968 in the wake of the unrest that rocked the United States due to the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on April 4, 1968.

Check back regularly for updates into FHP’s 2020 events.

Please note that considering the guidance issued by various government health agencies as well as local governments, to protect the public from possible exposure to the coronavirus (COVID-19) we anticipate delaying 2020’s fair housing events to a later month.
